Which plan should I pick?
Count the devices you want covered at the same time: phone, laptop, tablet. Solo covers 2, Standard 5, Family 10. The features are the same in all three.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Your country’s VAT is calculated at checkout, and the price shown already includes it. We issue an invoice for each payment, which you can find in your account.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your account. The price difference is worked out when you switch.
How does renewal work?
The monthly subscription renews every month. After the initial one-year or two-year period, the subscription continues month by month for an indefinite period, at the monthly price. You can cancel at any time; access stays open until the end of the period you’ve paid for. One to three months before the one-year or two-year period ends, we email you the end date, the monthly price that applies afterwards, your right to cancel and an offer for a new year at a reduced price, with the exact amount you would save. That new year only starts if you expressly agree.
How do I cancel?
In your account, open Subscription and click Cancel. There is no call to make and no form to send.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay and, depending on your country, other payment methods. You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page; we never see your full card number.
